  Parent-N-Tot Classes (6 /mo to 4 year olds)

  3 classes that run for 1/2 hour. Limited to 6 students. Parents and children will learn water adjustment skills together. Some of the skills include back floats, kicks, jumps, games, learning how to swim underwater, and pool safety.

  This class runs on Thursdays, Sessions 1, 4, & 5.

  Children are required to wear a swimsuit and swim diaper.

  60-minute lessons, once a week. Total number of classes will depend on the session. Classes are limited to 8 students. Your child will be taught the following skills:

  • Freestyle
  • Back Stroke
  • Elementary Back stroke
  • Diving
  • Treading Water
  • Pool Safety

  Students must be able to swim 30 ft while breathing on their sides to attend this class.
